Abstract

The article describes the results of the application of examination methods for curvature of the nasal septum. These are general clinical methods, otorhinolaryngological examination, examination of the respiratory function of the nasal cavity (rhinopneumometry), ciliated epithelium of the mucous cavity, olfactory function of the nasal cavity, as well as X-ray methods for examining the nose and paranasal sinuses (X-ray, CT, MRI), and a number of special laboratory. It is noted that their full use will contribute to the early diagnosis and prevention of curvature of the nasal septum.
