CLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF COVID-19 IN NEWBORN CHILDREN

The incidence of COVID-19 has not decreased to date, and despite ongoing anti-infection measures, the disease is rapidly spreading around the world. Pregnant women are also not excluded from contracting this infection. Such cases are enriched with the most necessary recommendations for the development of practical recommendations for women on the treatment of COVID-19 infection in pregnant women and their frequent updating, taking into account practical aspects. Depending on the living conditions of women living in a particular state, the region in which they live, the climate and the prevalence of the disease, the qualifications of doctors treating the disease, the incidence in pregnant women varies. The results of the study showed that in the Khorezm region in 2019-2021, women diagnosed with Covid-19 accounted for 1.3% of the total number of cases of Covid-19. Those numbers were 452 in 2020 and 788 in 2021. Pneumonia was diagnosed in every fifth patient. However, the transition was relatively easy in pregnant women compared to others in terms of weight.
