Manifestation and Development of Pedagogical and Psychological Competence Factors in Pre-Conscription Basic Training Teachers

This article analyzes the factors influencing the pedagogical and psychological competence of pre-conscription training teachers. It examines the theoretical foundations of pedagogical and psychological competence, its components, its significance in teachers' activities, and ways to develop it. Based on research findings, practical recommendations are developed to enhance the pedagogical and psychological competence of these teachers.
