Abstract

This article provides information on the uniqueness of the general meeting resolution as a legal document, as well as the definition of authorship in relation to the meeting resolutions. Also, the general meeting of business entities is its supreme body, through which shareholders or participants exercise their rights and interests, participate in management and make important decisions by voting. The general meeting resolution, in turn, has strategic importance for the company, and therefore the need to regulate the general meeting resolution and the procedure for its adoption with clear rules at the legislative level is enriched by the opinions expressed by many international scientists on this issue.
