Abstract

Technology advances education, impacting methodologies and delivery. In response to this digital transformation, the development of academic course packages for digitalized instruction has gained importance. This paper focuses on an educational course package designed for digitalized education in technology management. The course package aims to equip learners with the knowledge and skills to navigate and leverage technology in a managerial context.

The study presents a comprehensive analysis of the course package, including its contents, modules, and delivery methods. It emphasizes using digital technologies, multimedia resources, and interactive aspects to enhance the learning experience and encourage active participation. The course package covers many topics, including technology strategy, innovation management, digital transformation, and ethical considerations in technology management.

To assess the effectiveness of the course package, data was collected through surveys from students, faculty members, and computer technology experts. The findings indicate a high level of acceptability, with participants perceiving the course package as highly acceptable in terms of its usefulness, ease of use, and user satisfaction. The positive feedback underscores the value of the course package in supporting learning goals and providing a positive educational experience.

The study also identifies several barriers and challenges in the implementation of the course package, including organizational silos, legacy systems, risk-averse organizational culture, budget constraints, digital skills gap, shortage of technological resources, and increased security risks. These findings highlight the need for proactive measures to address these barriers and ensure the successful adoption and implementation of the course package.
