On The Denotation and its Types

Abstract

The article reveals the importance of knowing the types of denotations when studying the lexical level of the Uzbek language according to the principle of a system of systems; it is shown that they are divided into material, ideal denotations according to their characteristics, and at the same time they can be divided into denotations representing phenomena with linguistic characteristics, and denotations representing non-linguistic things.
