Using the Opportunities for Socio-Economic Development of Regions in the Context of a Green Economy

This article analyzes the potential for socio-economic development of regions within the framework of a green economy. It explores how the principles of environmental sustainability, effective use of natural resources, and innovation-oriented growth can stimulate regional development. Drawing on both global and national experiences, particularly in Uzbekistan, the article highlights reforms and strategies aimed at transitioning to a green economy. The impact of green economy on living standards, investment attractiveness, and entrepreneurship is evaluated. Practical recommendations are offered for sustainable development through renewable energy, green infrastructure, and efficient environmental management.
