Abstract

this article highlights the issues of further stimulating the use of digital technologies in industrial enterprises and taking into account the legal and current foundations of the creation of innovations being implemented. In the current age of globalization, the fields of science, innovation, investment, technology and technology are the locomotives of the economy, in the face of a period of open, unparalleled and fierce competition in the field of integration of production, labor and trade markets, raw material substitutes and other factors affecting the cost.
