Abstract

Digital transformation can only be recognized as a change based on digitalization of the content of public administration, leading to an improvement in the quality of public administration: reducing unjustified state interference, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of public administration. At the same time, both individual management procedures and the stages of the management cycle, state functions as a whole and their types can change.
