Abstract

Collaborative learning among young children is an educational approach that emphasizes social interaction as a vital component of the learning process. This method encourages children to work together in pairs or small groups, facilitating peer-to-peer engagement that enhances their understanding of concepts while simultaneously fostering essential social skills. This abstract explores the key benefits of collaborative learning, including improved communication, critical thinking, and the development of a sense of community among learners. It also addresses potential challenges, such as unequal participation and conflicts, and suggests effective strategies for implementation. By examining the significance of collaborative learning in early education, this study highlights its role in preparing children for future academic and social interactions, ultimately promoting a lifelong love for learning and teamwork.
