Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the essence of capital security in the system of economic security. The fundamental aspects of the activity of any subject of legal relations are its resources and efficiency from their use, so it is capital that is the main resource accumulating all iterations in the production, use and consumption of financial, intellectual and material goods that ensures the functioning of any subject of legal relations and is the most important element of the economic security system. Thus, the disclosure of capital security in the system of economic security makes it possible to study and determine the effectiveness of any subject of legal relations. The article reveals the measures that hinder the work of modern commercial banks and other financial and credit institutions that affect the minimization of risks of non-repayment of borrowed funds. The authors analyze the structure and significance of capital for subjects of legal relations; monitor threats to the capital of subjects of legal relations; give suggestions and recommendations for protecting the capital of subjects of legal relations by creating an effective system of economic security. The recommended justifications allow us to perceive the security of capital in the economic security system not as a separate element of the system, but as the basis of the economic security system, which allows us to level threats and optimize the sustainable development of subjects of legal relations.
