Abstract

The article reflects the results of the research on the existing problems and their solutions related to the development of the market of real estate and its evaluation services in Uzbekistan. In particular, changes in housing prices in the real estate market and its impact on rental prices, diversification of activities of real estate evaluation organizations were considered.
