Abstract

The article notes that in modern conditions banks have fully realized the need to increase customer loyalty and establish long-term partnerships with consumers of banking services. It also reveals the areas of human resource management in the provision of banking services. Solving these problems requires credit institutions to develop a marketing policy that meets the preferences and needs of target groups of served and potential clients. The search for effective economic tools, technologies and directions for increasing the competitiveness of services is relevant for commercial banks.
