Abstract

To increase customer satisfaction, hospitals must maintain and improve the quality of service. Efforts to improve the quality of a hospital must be balanced with the implementation of optimal Total Quality Management (TQM) by paying attention to all aspects in the hospital. Medical personnel who are dexterous and skilled in their fields will be very supportive if accompanied by adequate hospital facilities and infrastructure, it can make the hospital known by the wider community because of good service so that the quality of the hospital is undoubted. In order for all that to happen, a hospital must pay attention to quality control management in its service environment.
