Abstract

the article examines the current problems of developing tourism in our country as a priority of the main state policy from the first days of independence. The basis of the achievements is that all the necessary organizational and legal mechanisms for the development of the tourism sector have been created, important regulatory documents have been adopted, and this work is still ongoing.
