Abstract

In this research paper has been examined the problem of the importance of proficiency in foreign languages. The growing popularity of the use of artificial intelligence in their study is explored. The main functions and capabilities of GPT chatbots are described: improving communication skills, conducting dialogues, expanding vocabulary, mastering grammatical rules and structures. In conclusion, the main points of the article are summed up and summarized. A list of applications, platforms and services is proposed for use in students’ independent and classroom work.
