Abstract

The article discusses various foreign methodological approaches to assessing intellectual capacity. The author recommends the scheme for the formation of indicators of intellectual capacity based on the analysis that can be used as a basic one. This scheme has the possibility of correcting and clarifying the indicators according to the tasks set for the study of intellectual capacity. The author also proposed a technique for the integral assessment of intellectual capacity based on the aggregate approach that makes it possible according to the interaction of various conditions and factors that form each separately taken component and their summary characteristics.
