Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of human capital management on bank performance, the influence of human capital management on talent pool management, the influence of talent pools on bank performance and to analyze the influence of human capital on bank performance through talent pool management. The research method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the head office of PT. Bank SulutGo, Manado, North Sulawesi Province. The results shown in this research are that human capital management has a significant positive effect on PT talent pool management. Bank SulutGo, talent pool management has a significant positive effect on PT bank performance. Bank SulutGo and human capital management have a significant positive effect on PT bank performance. Bank SulutGo through talent pool management
