Abstract

In the article, the scientific-theoretical basis of the process of organizing and improving the mechanism of diversification of foreign loans attracted to commercial banks is researched. Ways to improve relationships and opportunities for its organization are based on the influence of the foreign credit diversification mechanism in commercial banks on bank credit policy. A scientific proposal and practical recommendations on improving the mechanism of diversification of foreign loans attracted to commercial banks have been formulated.
