The article examines the relationships with existing organizational problems within the directions of improving the efficiency of the financial management system of commercial banks. Based on the features of the systematic development of factors affecting the financial efficiency of the banking system of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Scientific proposals and practical recommendations related to improving the financial efficiency of commercial banks have been formulated by ensuring compliance of the organizational basis of decisions made in the financial management system in commercial banks.
