The Role of Training Qualified Personnel in the System of Higher Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Abstract

In this article, we will consider the importance of personnel in higher education, their role in the formation of the quality of education and the introduction of innovation. We will also discuss modern challenges that frame in higher education face and offer possible ways to overcome them. Ultimately, we will come to the conclusion about the need to improve personnel in higher education for the successful development of the educational sphere and society as a whole.
