Abstract

The development of farms is strategically important for the development of the economy of any country. Uzbekistan is no exception. However, it is necessary to work constantly to improve the activities of farms, which is impossible without its innovative development. Meanwhile, the innovative development of farms is influence by many constraining factors that need to be eliminate (reduced), including with the participation of government measures.
