Abstract

This article reflects the opinions of various economists in the study of the current state of state assets and their management in our country. State participation in the authorized capital of joint-stock companies in Uzbekistan, in particular, the share of the State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan in joint-stock companies was analyzed. Relevant conclusions and suggestions are given based on the conducted research.
