Abstract

Enzymes (Latin fermentum - yeast), enzymes - protein catalysts in living cells of animals, plants and bacteria. Enzymes differ from conventional catalysts by their special properties and the acceleration of chemical reactions. They reduce the activation energy of chemical reactions such as catalysts.
