Abstract

The article examines the need to develop bank marketing using digital technologies. In the process of digital transformation, the issue of obtaining complete and accurate information about the banking products offered by commercial banks through digital channels has become popular. In this regard, the purpose of the article is to study innovative modern methods of bank marketing in the conditions of digital transformation and to further develop it, as well as to improve the directions of increasing the popularity of banking services. In this article, the author researched the issues of studying and further developing modern methods of bank marketing in the context of digital transformation, as well as improving the directions of increasing the popularity of banking services. As a result of the conducted research, practical suggestions and scientific recommendations were developed regarding the necessity of using digital technologies in the process of using the marketing service of banks in Uzbekistan.
