Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of conducting demo-lessons as a method of teacher training and its impact on student engagement. Demo-lessons are an instructional technique where an experienced educator models a lesson in front of other teachers and provides them with the opportunity to observe, reflect, and learn best practices.
