Leadership style is one of the ways used by a leader in influencing, directing and controlling the behavior of others to achieve goals. Communication is a process in which a person conveys messages or information to other people in their activities. Conflict is something that occurs between what is expected and what actually happens. These three things greatly impact on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between leadership style, communication and conflict on employee performance at PT. Dreamell Manado simultaneously and to analyze the relationship of leadership style, communication and conflict on employee performance partially. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses a questionnaire with the number of respondents all employees of PT. Dreamell as many as 53 employees. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that leadership, communication and conflict styles had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Dreamell Manado. Leadership style on employee performance at PT. Dreamell Manado has a positive but not significant effect. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Dreamell Manado. Conflict has a positive and significant relationship to employee performance at PT. Dreamell Manado. Leadership style on employee performance at PT. Dreamell Manado has a positive but not significant effect. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Dreamell Manado.
