Abstract

The social insurance system protects the population from risks associated with temporary or long-term incapacity for work, accidents, illness, old age, and unemployment. Social insurance entities balance their economic interests on the one hand, and social interests on the other. Social insurance entities: optimizes the mutual interests of the employer and the employee. According to the author, in order to conduct a fair social policy and develop human capital in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the organization of the financing mechanism of health care institutions belonging to the social sector on the basis of medical insurance will give good results.
