Abstract

The Republic of Uzbekistan is a supporter of an active investment environment. This article analyzes ways to ensure investment attractiveness in joint-stock companies. In addition, the article presents the analysis of stock exchange turnover of joint-stock companies and scientific conclusions on the factors influencing the change in the number of joint-stock companies.
