Abstract

Ensuring comprehensive development of the country and in¬¬in conducting scientific research on increasing the attractiveness of the investment environment, first of all, researching the potential of the country and its regions, evaluating them, classifying the influencing factors, economic-mathematical and econometric methods revealing through, as noted, is one of the tasks of this research. For this, it is important to analyze the experiences used in developed countries and which brought high results, to develop scientific-methodical and theoretical-practical proposals and recommendations for the implementation of successful methods and methods and factors on the scale of Uzbekistan and its regions.
