Abstract

The study of searching the state of development of teacher’s pedagogical skills showed that it is necessary to delay the liberties in evaluating teacher-trainer’s activity, create favorable conditions for teacher’s creative activity, pass to a new rating system of rewarding the activity, work out the criteria of study of teachers’ theoretical, methodic and practical training and evaluate teacher’s work according to it.
